Medicine MBChB

Our Medicine MBChB course is designed to educate and train you to become an excellent doctor. Over the five-year programme, you can gain the clinical abilities, knowledge, attitudes and professional behaviours you will need to thrive in medicine.You’ll gain hands-on experience from the start, with clinical teaching in GP practices, hospital wards and clinics, alongside lectures, seminars, tutorials and practical classes. In addition, you’ll use our Clinical Skills Centre at Northern General Hospital – one of the largest in the country – to practise your learning in simulated wards, resuscitation suites and theatres.
